Our design engineers develop mechanical assemblies and components as well as convert functional models from R&D into housings which are suitable for later assembly. Working closely together with designers and ergonomists allows changes to be quickly incorporated into a product. Both user-related and technical aspects are taken into consideration during design and construction to ensure a high quality product.
We construct mechanical assemblies and components, housings and housing components from various plastics and metals using Pro E and Solid Works. Additionally, we can quickly construct prototypes (rapid prototyping) and organize the tools used for series production.
