| New Headquarters for seleon |

As of October 1, 2007 seleon's headquarters, including the management of the company, is located in Heilbronn. This decision was made due to the excellent infrastructure and optimal surroundings of this location. seleon's management, finance, marketing, software development and administration departments, previously in Freiburg, are now to find in Heilbronn. The sales office in Freiburg serves our customers also in the future, as well as the office in Lübeck. The development and production stay in our subsidiary in Dessau.

On November 14-16, 2007 we presented our products and our company at the trade fair ComPaMED "Components, Parts and Raw Materials for Medical Manufacturing" which took place parallel to MEDICA.

| New production hall in Dessau |

Our company is growing - in Dessau the departments of production, purchasing, service and process planning are moving into a larger production hall (1800 m²). These departments will be newly renovated and have larger premises. The move takes place in the middle of May.
